pph44 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and pph44 ("pph44," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pph44.app and its associated subdomains.

pph44 provides online casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines, operating in alignment with the regulatory standards established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with pph44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and pph44. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to pph44 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines, as mandated by PAGCOR, is 21 years. pph44 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification (KYC). Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on the pph44 platform.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a pph44 employee, game provider, or any entity affiliated with pph44's operations in any capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• Single Account: You do not have any other existing pph44 account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Personal Account: You are registering an account for your personal use only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted without prior written authorization from pph44.

To participate in any real-money activity on pph44, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth.

pph44 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any deposits or withdrawals. Identity verification ("KYC") requires you to submit a clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Voter's ID / Voter's Certificate issued by COMELEC
• Postal ID issued by the Philippine Postal Corporation

pph44 may additionally require proof of residential address, source of funds, or further documentation in specific circumstances, including but not limited to: account activity that triggers AML review thresholds, requests to update registered information, or high-value withdrawal requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your pph44 account remains accurate and up-to-date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or suspension of account access pending re-verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• pph44 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent pph44 should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed or deposits made by a third party using your credentials — unless you notify pph44 of unauthorized access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
• You must notify pph44 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or if your credentials have been compromised.
• pph44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

pph44 employs industry-standard TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, pph44 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible forms of unauthorized access, and players are encouraged to practice good digital hygiene including the use of strong, unique passwords.

pph44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

• GCash — instant processing, minimum deposit ₱100
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant processing, minimum deposit ₱100
• BPI Online Banking — processing within 30 minutes, minimum deposit ₱500
• BDO Online Banking — processing within 30 minutes, minimum deposit ₱500
• Metrobank Online Banking — processing within 30 minutes, minimum deposit ₱500
• USDT (Tether) — near-instant processing, available to verified VIP accounts only

All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name. pph44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the account holder. Deposit attempts from unmatched accounts may be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating account.

Funds deposited into your pph44 account wallet are held for gaming and betting purposes only. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest. pph44 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice to players.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pph44 in accordance with the following terms:

• Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts with incomplete or pending identity verification will have withdrawals withheld until verification is successfully completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pph44 account. pph44 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• GCash withdrawals for verified standard accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of request submission. PayMaya withdrawals follow a similar timeline. Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 2–4 hours during normal banking hours.
• pph44 High Roller Platinum and Diamond tier accounts receive priority withdrawal processing, with target processing times under 60 minutes regardless of payment method.
• pph44 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or daily basis. Applicable limits are displayed in the Cashout section of your account dashboard.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable bonus wagering requirements before they qualify for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of offer.

pph44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by our AML compliance systems. This may require submission of additional documentation. Processing times may be extended during enhanced review periods.

pph44 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, subject to the following general terms. Each individual bonus or promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• Unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are not stackable. Accepting a new promotional offer while a previous offer is still active may result in forfeiture of the earlier offer.
• pph44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases where fraudulent activity or exploitation of the promotion is detected.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or any other manipulation of promotion mechanics — will have their bonus entitlements permanently revoked and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain at the end of the bonus validity period are forfeited automatically.

All games available on pph44 operate under certified rules and use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by certified studios with real dealers operating under standardized procedural rules.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems for electronic games, and by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheels, dice) for live dealer games. pph44 does not alter game outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published on the pph44 platform for each slot game reflect the mathematically certified long-term payout rate of that game as provided by the game supplier. Actual results in any individual session will vary.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that renders a game round void or indeterminate, pph44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. Pph44's decision in such matters is final.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they participate in before placing real-money bets. pph44 provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except as may be permitted by specific game mechanics (e.g., cash-out features in sportsbook).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pph44 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

pph44 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR regulators in investigations relating to prohibited conduct on the platform. User data and account records will be disclosed as required by law or valid legal process.

pph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of registration
• Reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Account activity that triggers AML compliance review obligations
• Request by the player to self-exclude under pph44's Responsible Gaming policy
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to player breach or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on record, subject to applicable verification procedures.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, prohibited conduct, or fraud may have their balances forfeited at pph44's discretion. pph44 is not obligated to return funds derived from prohibited activity.

pph44 is committed to the principles of responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognize that gambling can be a form of entertainment for most players but can become harmful for some individuals.

• Age Restriction: Players must be at least 21 years old to participate. The mandatory 21+ age requirement is enforced through KYC identity verification and is non-negotiable.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via Account Settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders that notify them of time spent on the platform during any continuous gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30, 60, or 90 days through their Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period.
• Permanent Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their accounts and self-exclude indefinitely may do so by contacting pph44 customer support. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

pph44 takes no responsibility for gambling activity conducted by players who have provided false age information or who have circumvented responsible gaming tools by creating multiple accounts. Players who are concerned about their gambling behavior are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified support services.

All content on the pph44 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database contents, is the intellectual property of pph44 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

pph44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any pph44 content.

Any unauthorized use of pph44's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and other applicable laws.

The pph44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

pph44 shall not be liable for any of the following, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Any loss of funds arising from your participation in games or betting activities, including gambling losses
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond pph44's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pph44 platform
• Actions taken by pph44 in good faith to comply with its obligations under PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law

Nothing in this Agreement excludes pph44's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pph44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in Philippine gaming regulations, PAGCOR directives, operational changes, or legal developments.

Where amendments are material, pph44 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or a notification displayed within the platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or formatting changes) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the pph44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any available real-money balance before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and pph44, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pph44's customer support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the regulatory compliance of pph44's gaming operations, players may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. pph44 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player disputes within its regulatory scope.
